housing and care services to elderly people and others.
A registered housing association founded in 1971, RLHA has pioneered
innovative solutions to the housing and care needs of elderly people
for over thirty years including:
- The very first leasehold retirement scheme in
the UK (1973)
- The first shared ownership scheme ever
developed (1976)
- One of the earliest housing association
domiciliary care services (1994)
- Appointed manager of the first leasehold
retirement scheme to enfranchise (1996)
- Appointed manager of the first retirement scheme to choose Right to Manage (2006)
The Group operates through Retirement
Lease Housing Association with its subsidiary RLHA
Homes Limited, and through Crystal Care
Nursing and Care Services.
Staff are based at offices in Aldershot, Horsham, Guildford and Lewes,
and serve many of the southeast counties and Greater London.
