RLHA Group manages seventy-five leasehold estates throughout the
southeast (see Where to Find us). Our approach
is simple - communication with our customers and value for money
services.
Leaseholder groups who appreciate this approach
often choose us as their managing agent. We also manage estates for
mixed age groups, through our subsidiary Ethical Leasehold Management
Limited.
Our retirement estates are managed by Retirement Lease Housing
Association. Most of our retirement estates share the
following features:
- Apartments, with some bungalows and cottages
- Sold on long leases at market value
- Restricted to retired purchasers
- Emergency alarms
- Estate Manager
- Communal facilities such as a lounge and guestroom

We also manage two shared
ownership retirement schemes, where priority is given to purchasers
