Guildford Sunset Homes is an independent
charitable housing association, providing 125 dwellings for rent to
elderly people on two estates at Merrow and Cross Lanes in Guildford.
RLHA Group has provided a comprehensive management, development,
finance and secretarial service to Guildford Sunset Homes since 1986.
This close working relationship is possibly unique in the whole housing
association sector.
