
As a sizeable and growing housing organisation, from
time to time we have vacancies for staff in our Housing Services
Department.
Vacancies generally fall into two categories:
Estate-based staff

Most of our estates employ a Scheme Manager or Visiting
Manager, to manage the estate day to day and support our residents as
needed. Benefits include a competitive salary, accommodation (in most
cases), fair working hours and a contributory pension scheme.
Most vacancies are advertised in local papers, and nationally in "The
Lady" magazine.
RLHA is always looking for committed and caring Scheme Managers to

Office-based staff
We have occasional vacancies for office-based housing
staff, based at our offices in Aldershot or Guildford. In
particular, we are always keen to hear from experienced leasehold
housing management staff who are passionate about communication and
customer care.
Most vacancies are advertised in local papers and in the housing
journals.
We also recruit, from time to time, staff with skills in finance,
administration and other areas of work.
