
As a sizeable and growing housing organisation, from time to time
we have vacancies for staff in our Housing Services Department.
Vacancies generally fall into two categories:
Estate-based staff

Most of our estates employ an Estate Manager to manage the
estate day to day and support our residents as needed. Benefits
include a competitive salary, accommodation (in many cases), fair

Most vacancies are
advertised in local papers, and nationally in "The Lady"
magazine.
RLHA is always looking for committed and caring

Office-based staff
We have occasional vacancies for office-based housing staff,
based at our offices in Aldershot or Guildford. In particular,
we are always keen to hear from experienced leasehold housing
management staff who are passionate about communication and customer
care.

the housing journals.
We also recruit, from time to time,
staff with skills in finance, administration and other areas of
work.
