Ethical Leasehold Management
RLHA Group has launched its renamed subsidiary Ethical Leasehold
Management Limited, known as Elm. RLHA Chief Executive Ben Young
explained the purpose behind Elm:
"Unlike the parent RLHA, Elm is not limited by its rules to
retirement schemes and can take on the management of mixed-age group
leasehold estates. We believe there are tens of thousands of
leaseholders out there who are fed up with being financially
exploited or ignored by their landlord or managing agent and who
will welcome Elm's unique ethical pledge: We refuse to pocket a penny of
leaseholders' money through commissions or hidden charges and we
will spend leaseholders' money with only one aim in mind - to get
leaseholders the best value for
money."
