Beechcroft chooses Elm

Beechcroft has chosen RLHA Group's Ethical Leasehold Management
(Elm) as their management partner for twelve of their existing
estates. Beechcroft builds high spec developments, mostly new
dwellings and on some sites including refurbishment of existing
distinguished properties. Under the management agreement
between Elm and Beechcroft, Elm will take on comprehensive
responsibility for all services to be supplied by the freeholder to
more than 200 owners.
RLHA Group's Chief Executive Ben Young
