Congratulations to our Staff

RLHA Group recognises and rewards loyalty
and commitment from our staff. We have been
presenting Long Service Awards to our staff
for some time now.
In April 2007 three Scheme
Managers received their Long Service Award.
They were:
- Sylvia Caton at Stanford Orchard
- Michael Hammond at Coldharbour Court
- Janis Seddington at The Ferns

RON GRANT AWARDS 2007
Many of you will remember that in 2003 we
established the Ron Grant Award for Excellence
in Customer Care. The Award commemorates our
outstanding Senior Area Manager, Ron Grant.
The
Award has two categories, for Scheme Managers
and for Central Services staff. With our recent
initiative to introduce the Gober Method to enhance
our standards of customer service, this year we
received a record number of nominations.
I am delighted to tell you that RLHA Group’s Board
have now decided on the following awards:
- Scheme Manager Category: Janis Seddington, The Ferns<
- Central Services Category: Maggi Allen, Customer Services Administrator
