Customer Service Awards 2008

Central Services winner, Gene Smith.
Many of you
will remember that in 2003 we established the Ron Grant Award for
Excellence in Customer Care. The Award commemorates our
outstanding Senior Area Manager, Ron Grant. The Award has two
categories, one for Scheme Managers and one for Central Services staff.
The introduction of the Gober Method (Customer Service
Excellence) in 2007 has gone from strength to strength and has
continued to enhance our already award winning standards of
service. We received a record number of entries this year and the
two successful members of staff received multiple nominations.
We are delighted to tell you that RLHA Group's Board
have now decided on the following awards:
