English Courtyard appoints Elm

                       One of English Courtyard's estates.

The company responsible for developing the prestigious English Courtyard retirement schemes has chosen the RLHA subsidiary Ethical Leasehold Management Limited (Elm) to provide the management service to their new estates.

Steve Allan, who is Managing Director of English Courtyard Developments Ltd, explained why they have chosen Elm:

"English Courtyard has chosen Elm as a management partner because they have a clear understanding of the 55+ market, a proven track record and a flexible approach to English Courtyard's plans for the future.  The ability to deliver a professional, efficient service at a competitive rate is paramount and we look forward to a positive working relationship which will benefit both our organisations and, most important of all, our customers."

RLHA Chief Executive Ben Young welcomed the appointment:

"We are delighted to be associated with a hugely successful brand like English Courtyard.  They have chosen us because they like the way we work.  Working with English Courtyard means we may need to challenge ourselves to achieve even higher standards in some areas, which in turn will benefit all our customers."
