New RLHA development at Farebrothers
New cottages at Farebrothers
Together with our development partner, the
Huntley Partnership, RLHA has recently completed
two new retirement cottages at Farebrothers in
Warnham.
This is the first new RLHA development
for several years and RLHA Chief Executive, Ben
Young, believes it will be the start of more to come.
“The construction of these two new dwellings is a
win-win situation for everyone,” Ben explained. “This
development has enabled RLHA to contribute £50,000
to Farebrothers, to pay for much-needed refurbishment
on the estate which would otherwise have been a cost
to leaseholders. Adding two new dwellings has also
reduced existing service charges, which is another
bonus for leaseholders.”
The spacious two-bedroom cottages are designed
by RLHA’s own architect, and include many special
design features with the needs of elderly residents
in mind.
They have won the approval of many
Farebrother’s residents who have already viewed
them.
