RLHA Investment in Gober Method Customer Service
Training
In the past 18 months, RLHA has invested heavily in
training
with Mary Gober International, which delivers arguably the
most dynamic customer service training in the world today.
The core of the Gober Method is delivered in a 2-Day Seminar,
followed by coaching and the recommended Train-the-Coach
programme. This is the process that delivers sustainable and
measurable results.
We have a team of 3 in-house accredited coaches who have formed the
RLHA
Gober Working Group which delivers in-house training and
coaching for new and existing members of staff, and leads on
all Customer Service standards and initiatives.
Staff welcomed the training and can see the benefits it has
brought both our customers and staff; RLHA has made an
ongoing commitment to continue with the Gober Method.
