Welcome to Millington Court, Uckfield

In May 2006 RLHA were chosen by the Millington Court Right to Manage (RTM) Company to provide management services.

The RTM Company is represented by a hard working group of Directors of residents and nonresident members.

Millington Court is a beautiful development of 41 apartments in Uckfield which runs alongside the river. We are proud that Millington Court RTM Company chose RLHA and it has been our pleasure to work with them over the past few months in setting up and improving the services which have now started to make a positive impact.

This is a great example of RTM in action and shows that it can and does work. We are currently working with other independent resident led RTM Companies in finalising agreements to provide their services and we look forward to bringing news of these successes in the future.
