More RTM estates choose RLHA
Village Gate, one of the four estates to exercise their Right to Manage.
Since July 2007 RLHA and Elm have been chosen by four
estates which have newly exercised their Right to Manage (RTM) and are
taking control of their own future from inefficient or unresponsive
managing agents. The estates are:
- Fair Acres in Bromley
- Village Gate in Titchfield, Southampton
- Essex Mews in Newhaven
- Gables Court in Eastbourne
The leaseholders have chosen RLHA for two reasons above
all; because they want better communication, and because they want a
managing agent who works hard to give them value for money.
