Regents Court Joins the Ten Year Club!

Hot on the heels of Maple Lodge, Regents Court in Gravesend was the second retirement estate in the UK to enfranchise.  The leaseholders' purchase was completed on 9 February 1996. 

Ten years later, RLHA's Chief Executive Ben Young and Board member Stan Gallop joined leaseholders at Regents Court for a celebration party.  Regents Court Estate Ltd employ RLHA as their managing agent, and Ben Young serves as Secretary to the Residents' Company.

Leaseholder Henry Butcher, one of the first resident Directors commented, "Leaseholders at Regents Court will always be grateful for the help and support which RLHA gave us to acquire our own freehold".
